Breaking News

After visiting Universal’s Islands of Adventure this past April, I must say that I was highly disappointed to walk through the gates and see The Incredible Hulk Coaster closed for enhancements.  The fan favorite coaster is undergoing thrilling new enhancements that will make it feel more “immersive and high-tech” while not losing it’s personality which makes it one of the most popular coasters.  Universal has just released details of the revamped customer and I’m giving you a sneak peek of what’s to come later this summer!

As you enter the ride, you’ll pass under a massive new marque of The Hulk, as he holds up pieces of the coaster’s track which were actually salvaged from the original ride.  You will become immersed into a new, original storyline as General Thaddeus Ross calls for volunteers for a new experiment.  The experiment involves exposure to high levels of gamma radiation through the hulk-a-fication process, a potentially life-altering process first  introduced by Dr. Bruce Banner.

You are thrown into the story as soon as you enter the building, which has been redesigned as a military research compound commanded by General Ross.  As you approach the gamma core, you’ll pass by laboratories containing high-tech equipment used for Ross’ mysterious experiments.  As you move along you will witness the transformation of your predecessors as they undergo the Hulk-a-fication process.

Finally, prepare for the ride of your life as your rushed onto a loading platform, sparking with electric bursts as the gamma accelerator powers up to blast you with superhuman strength.

Stay tuned for more details as the ride will relaunch later this summer and I will definitely be there.  Looking to purchase tickets to the park or even stay at an Universal Resort?  Contact me now as I’m your certified Universal Orlando specialist!
